Our Story
Founded over a decade ago in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Integrity Operations has grown into one of the largest and most respected construction cleanup companies in the Kansas City metro. We’ve partnered with nearly every major builder in the region, from local custom shops to national names, because we understand what it takes to keep jobs moving and schedules tight.

Founder & CEO
David Ford brings more than 25 years of experience in construction, logistics, and field operations. His background includes overseeing large-scale projects, coordinating site logistics, and managing field teams to meet strict deadlines and safety standards.
As Founder & CEO of Integrity Operations, Dave leverages his extensive industry knowledge to ensure every project is completed with efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail. As a U.S. Veteran, he brings the same values of service, discipline, and commitment to excellence that have guided him throughout his career.

JENNI ALVAREZ
Director of Scheduling & Client Success
As Integrity Operations’ Director of Scheduling & Client Success, Jenni Alvarez serves as the communication hub between project managers and our field teams. She ensures schedules run smoothly, client requests are addressed quickly, and projects stay on track.
Jenni is recognized for her responsiveness and attention to detail, making sure every client interaction is handled with clarity and efficiency. Her role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our partners and ensuring operational excellence from start to finish.

JOSE RODRIGUEZ
Field Operations Manager
As Field Operations Manager, Jose Rodriguez provides direct on-site support and ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to standard. He is a scheduling expert who coordinates crews, resources, and timelines to keep operations moving without delays.
Jose’s focus is on quality and speed, making sure every job is completed the right way, the first time. His hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills make him a vital link between the field and project management teams.
