Rough-In Construction Clean-Up
Fast. Professional. No Mess Left Behind.
What Is Rough-In Clean-Up?
Rough-in clean-up is the first major jobsite cleaning that happens after framing is complete but before mechanicals, drywall, and inspections. It removes major debris from the lot and interior to make way for trades like HVAC, plumbing, and electricians.
At Integrity, we know clean sites help trades move faster—and help PMs avoid delays and failed inspections. Our rough-in crews show up fast, clean thoroughly, and help keep your schedule tight.
What We Do During a Rough-In Clean
Lot Clean-Up
We remove all lumber scraps, trash, bottles, and debris using our own trailers and equipment—no dumpsters required. With a gripper bucket and track loader, we speed up bulk material removal for maximum efficiency.
Interior Sweep-Out
We provide a fast and effective interior sweep-down, not a detailed clean, so other trades can move safely and efficiently through the site.
Material Recovery
We stack and save lumber over 8 feet that is nail-free, per builder request.
Why This Step Matters to Builders
Speeds Up the Trades
No HVAC tech wants to wade through trash. A clean site lets subs move faster, work safer, and respect your job.
Keeps Your Schedule Moving
We average 1.5 hours per rough-in clean, thanks to the right crews and commercial equipment.
Improves Inspector & Buyer Perception
PMs tell us inspectors notice when sites are tidy—even early in the build.
Reduces Risk
Less jobsite debris = fewer tripping hazards and better liability protection.
